Charlene Freedom is a Natural Health Practitioner, specializing in educational workshops and in handcrafted, personal care products.
For years, her branding consisted of a simple script font with her name, so she came to us for a logo makeover, as well as a new website and online store. Her original website was very limited, hard for her to manage and was quite outdated. We took the time to provide several logo concepts based on her ideas until she picked her favourite one. With her newly designed brand, we also designed and printed her new business cards to match. After consulting with her to fully understand the scope of her business and her level of technical expertise, we developed an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly website that would incorporate several functions of her business, from listing her workshops, to booking clients, to setting up events, and selling her products directly through a secure and online store. These were all things that were not possible on her previous website, where all her operations had to be done in person, by email or by phone. We also personally guided her to understand and maintain her new website so she would have no need of spending unnecessary funds for further website updates. With the development of her site, we also took some high quality photos of her products to list in her new online store. |
