Purple Moose Cannabis is a rebranded cannabis retail store chain that originally launched in July 2019 as one of Ontario’s first twenty-five government-licensed cannabis retailers. Since June 2021, the brand has rapidly expanded and now operates three locations across the Greater Toronto Area.
We worked with Purple Moose Cannabis to promote and establish their new brand identity, aiming to enhance customer loyalty and boost their presence. At the time, they had minimal online presence and only a simple, one-page website—there was ample opportunity to elevate their brand. Our team began with a comprehensive website overhaul, redesigning it from the ground up and creating content for their company bio, blog, and product promotions. We launched and managed their social media channels, implemented targeted SEO strategies, and established the brand on multiple online platforms, significantly increasing their digital footprint and raising their Google search ranking significantly. To position Purple Moose Cannabis competitively among Canada’s larger cannabis brands, we developed a cohesive brand aesthetic and applied consistent design elements across all digital media. With our background in cannabis and sales, we produced blog content to promote new products, drive SEO, and foster engagement. We also distributed email newsletters to their subscribers and encouraged customer feedback through Google reviews. Beyond generating sales and traffic growth, we provided product photography, custom packaging designs for branded accessories, apparel designs, and crafted all their print and digital store signage. |
